Docket window label overwrites the icon

Pinta 1.7.0.125 on Ubuntu 14.04. It looks like some windows pads have changed in one of the latest developent so this is a regression problem.

1. Open Pinta 1.7.0.125 and look at the Palette, you will notice that text overwrites the icon to minimize the dock.
2. Open Pinta 1.6 official stable and look at the Palette, you will notice that text it too width gets hidden with three dots.

This may potentially be even bigger problem for non-English. For my native language I have a luck and having even shorter word then in English, but don't know for others.

It looks OK on Windows with English text, so you need to use a language such as Russian to see this issue.

Yes, it looks like on Windows with English text is not a problem. I see on Windows smaller fonts are used then on Ubuntu, that is probably the reason the problem does not appear on Windows.

But I can also reproduce the problem in Russian on Windows:
1. Open cmd window and type in: set LANGUAGE=ru
2. Execute command: pinta.exe

P.S. I am changing the tile of bug, to be more clear.

I can confirm this is fixed in 1.7+r1113-202007280014~ubuntu18.04.1.
