net install, mirror country list stops at Gree

Using the files from
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/hoary/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/
on Mar 20, the last dialog before the reboot is:

[!!] Apt configuration
"Select the country the mirror should be in...."

The list goes from A to Gree. (notice the # is at the bottem of the slider:

I pick "Canada", the next install step is "remove media and reboot". After the
reboot, I am given the same dialog that seems to be complete. "enter info
manually, Aaland Islands.... Zimbabwe" - also, there is no [!!] in the title.
