I want to get rid of Mike as administrator of this computer I am the owner now can you do this

I bought this computer from Mike his password was likemike, but I can not remove him
my files and I made a account with Ubantu as <email address hidden> with my own password
1031_B13, but Mike keeps coming up..I am making websites and I need to have full access to this
system, he has windows xp but I get not get to it because his password will not work
