Bug Description
I recently tried this addon and really like it. I used Cookie Keeper for
a few days and thought everything was fine. Today, I wanted to do some
online banking with my chipcard reader and was surprised when the website
asked my permission to install the required plugin although I installed it
long ago. It turns out this request from the website was related to CK.
If I do not remove CK from Firefox, the request to install the banking
plugin
will repeat as a loop (allow plugin, restart browser, allow, restart, ...)
Normally, if you go to website below and do not have the plugin installed,
you will be asked to install the chipcard-plugin. Once you do this and
restart the browser you should see a message that no card reader was
detected as
seen in the attached image. When CK is installed, you never get past the
plugin
install loop. Let me know if you need more information.
