Blank department name when going to 'Popular track on Youtube' from Music scope

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Music scope, scroll to 'Popular tracks on Youtube' category
2. Tap category header (opens youtube scope)

Result: the name of the current department (in the top drop-down departments menu) is empty (but the results are surfaced just fine). The next department in the departments menu is 'Best of Youtube' - once selected all is back to normal (the "empty" department menu item is gone), but there is no way to navigate to the initial "empty" department with popular tracks.
For comparison, when going to youtube scope directly from 'Manage Dash' page, it's going straight to 'Best of Youtube' (the default starting point).

Expected behavior: TBD; there should be no empty department name on the list.

This was marked confirmed in july but I do not see it now as the department best of is selected first time
