Bug Description
Security is enabled. User (non db__root user) with MANAGE_USER or SHOW privilege should be able to execute SHOWDDL statements, but the following error is being returned:
SQL>showddl user username1;
*** ERROR[4481] The user does not have SELECT privilege on table or view TRAFODION.
This issue was found while verifying fix for Bug 1414234.
