ACCOUNT: in the drop down menu accounts → add account links to a blank page

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Flash the phone with the latest RTM-proposed image
2. Install the reminders click package
3. reboot
4. open reminders
5. Select no to the account dialog
6. Select the menu
7. tap on account
8. Tap on add account button
EXPECTED:
I expect the accounts login page to open in a similar manner to the initial account popup
ACTUAL:
The account page seems to open but stays white and does nothing meaning you have to close and reopen the app to be able to continue to use it
