Nautilus icon in launcher creates seperate icon when clicked

Sometimes clicking the Nautilus icon in the launcher opens Nautilus with a seperate additional Nautilus icon in the launcher below the original 'locked' icon.

I also see this behavior and it is very inconvenient. Additionally, none of the newly spawned Nautilus icons have the quicklist in their right click menu.

Fixed with the last round of updates.

Fixed the bug of double icon, but now there's not the quick list.

That was also working until a very recent update and now I can't reopen the bug anymore.
