manage_addDTMLDocument vanished

Bug Description

In a process that had been running for some time, the method manage_addDTMLDocument, but not addDocument and the others (Folder, File etc), suddenly vanished. This obviously caused all applications to fail with AttributeError. No apparent reason, and no indication in the log.
