Feature request: System Settings reset to system defaults

Dear all,

I would like to propose a new button in the System Settings under 'Administration' to reset the entire eOS to system defaults. I argue that this is useful for multiple reasons:

1. The current system settings interface does not provide me with any option to restore defaults of specific sub-settings.
2. dconf-editor does not provide any comprehensive restore defaults option either.
3. With a restore default option, users do not have to delete any .config folders in /home, preventing the accidental deletion of important files.
4. Possible avoidance of a clean re-installation if all I want to do as a user is restore to default eOS settings (particular useful on release of new options or features)
