Bug Description

My graduate school has a secure network that requires the end user to run a secure connection program called Xpress Connect (http://cloudpath.net/products/). My understanding of how the program works is limited, but apparently it configures your wireless settings to set up user authentication network certificates. There is a version of Xpress Connect that runs on Ubuntu (http://hosted.cloudpath.net/Lewis&ClarkCollege/Production/page4_download.html), however it did not work in Peppermint. When I installed generic Ubuntu LTS on the same computer, Xpress connect ran correctly and I was able to connect to the network.

When I ran Xpress Connect on Peppermint, the tool would hang before ever allowing me to enter my username and password.

I have heard that Xpress Connect is a fairly common security solution for universities, so I thought I should report the bug. I have attached the error log generated by Xpress Connect.
