autoremove pkgs l-headers-3.13.0-45-generic, libjpeg-progs, turbo, etc, repeat above, 2 damaged links on grub found- vmlinuz,old and initrd.img.old, rebooting seems to have resolved it, no error msg,
so this seems to have worked,
