LPE rendered incorrectly on load

Bug Description

In the attached file if you open it in a web browser it renders as expected. If loaded in Inkscape it will be rendered incorrectly at the end of the path on the far right. If you move/nudge the path it renders it correctly again.

Inkscape version (take from file):
   inkscape:version="0.91 r13725"
OS/platform:
   Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid

Reproduced on Windows XP (32 bits) with Inkscape trunk rev. 13961.
Not reproduced with 0.48.5.

There was no powerstroke in 0.48.5, so it takes the 'd' from the generated path effect (like e.g. web browsers). AFAICT not really a regression - more a limitation of current powerstroke implementation if combined with spiro splines.

Also the path has incorrect path definition, it has in LPE points(knots) a index that is over the current path so give unwanted display.
