Rectangle / Ellipse / Rounded Rectangle Shift description without effect

Pinta dev 1.6.0.110 on Ubuntu 14.04

1. Rectangle Select and press Shift key and selection is done performed in square selection.
2. Rectangle and press Shift key and draw and it looks like Shift does not have any effect. The same for Ellipse and Rounded Rectangle. Inconsistency between this tools.

Another little problem:
3. Move mouse to Line/Curve and there is help description: Hold Shift to snap to angles. And this really works that way.
4. Move mouse to Rectangle or Ellipse or Rounded Rectangle and there is the same descriptions. It is obvious Shift doesn't have any "angle" effect. In my humble opinion Rectangle Select and Rectangle should have the same square effect.
