As #1216148 is private, I want to confirm, that I get exactly the same error using uname -a
Linux lat61 3.16.0-38-generic #52~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri May 8 09:43:57 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
with up-to-date ubuntu 14.04.

Apport reports "gvfsd-trash crashed with SIGSEGV in g_slice_alloc()" and "reading unknown VMA".

Just to let you know that the current LTS release is affected, too.
