Bug Description

When connecting a bluetooth keyboard, it should use a localized keyboard layout instead of the English one.

thanks but that's not a settings bug, unity8/mir doesn't let us change the physical layout, see bug #1412492

It's very important for users with no english keyboards. It is not possible write without accents or '@' characters.
