    Change vCenter workflow in the cluster creation wizard

    - transform vCenter radiobutton to checkbox, if a user ticked a checkbox
      then only nova-network becomes available as network manager on
      "Network" step
    - also if checkbox was ticked flag 'use_vcenter' is set to true, we no
      longer rely on fact that variable 'libvirt_type' will get value
      'vcenter'
    - if vCenter was enabled user is able to choose between default backend
      and Ceph for Cinder and Glance at the "Storage" step of cluster
      creation wizard
    - remove VMware vCenter option on "Storage" step for both Cinder and
      Glance, in order to enable Cinder VMDK backend user must assign
      special role "cinder-vmdk"
    - remove vCenter related messages from translations file that are no
      longer needed

    Adds information about dual hypervisor support

    Since Fuel 6.1 provides dual hypervisor support
    with availability zones, these changes should be
    reflected in User Guide.
