Bug Description

We do not currently support email as a first class attribute, although our API specification includes it in many examples - leading to the impression that we do support it. We should remove email from these examples.

Remove email from examples in Identity API

We do not support email as a first class atribute, yet we
include it in many of the examples of the user API. This
