Bug Description
There is no possibility to use Ceph-OSD with vCenter In wizard and settings tab. But in fact, if you use API, Environment can deploy and pass all OSTF tests.
Scenario of the test::
1. Create CentOS cluster with vCenter
2. Add 3 nodes with controller role
3. Add 2 nodes with ceph-osd
3. Deploy the cluster
4. Run osft

Can you provide more information about your environment configuration? Ceph as a backend for Cinder won't work with vCenter. Ceph can be used as object storage though.
