Can not start ksystemlog in the start menu

Bug Description

Trying to start ksystemlog in the start menu of kde5 gives the following error message:

Cannot load library /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_: (/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkdeinit5_.so: Can not open the Shared-Object-File: File or Directory not found)

In a terminal I can start ksystemlog.
