Bug Description
Several users (including me) have experienced intermittent situations where the page loads but nothing is displayed. After refreshing the page one or more times the page displays properly. This may be a race-condition or related problem.

I have a feeling, but cannot confirm, that this is due to an old version (1.2.3) of jquery was being loaded aswell as the 'normal' version that is used globally. I have refactored the javascript code that used the old jquery and removed it from NAV. Hopefully that will solve this problem.
