[Dashboard] Create environment on the catalog page redirects unnecessary

1) Make sure no environments are exist in the system
2) Go to the application catalog page
3) Press 'Create Environment' button

Actual result:

Component detailed page are browsed after environment creation

Expected result:

User should stay at the catalog page after environment creation

Why this is a bug?

By design user can create an environment at the catalog page and start to add apps to that environment without redirecting

    Do not redirect on env creation from catalog page

    We should add opportunity to create env and add
     apps from the same page whithout redirection
