Bug Description
When plink fails to connect to the remote host and authenticate successfully, it not always exists with a non-zero return code.
Happens in both the version packed in Ubuntu (Dec 13 2014 17:09:53) and the git master branch.
This bug is important for people using plink in automated scripts as myself as it is impossible to differentiate between the case where the remote command executed correctly and the case where there were some kind of failure.
