Bug Description

in fuel-devops slave nodes are created with names like 'slave-04' However when the nodes are allocated in fuel, the only useful identifier is the admin interfaces mac address.

This becomes an issue when developing using the fuel-devops kit as nodes may need to be inspected by the console. In this case you have to examine each node's admin interface mac in order to find the desired machine.

We should have the node names have the last two octets of the mac address in the name so that they can more easily be located.

Change abandoned by Andrew Woodward (<email address hidden>) on branch: master
Review: https://review.openstack.org/156723
Reason: This breaks CI since it looks for nodes by name for some aggravating issue
