api / returns nonsense

Request / get back "Nom nom nom" which short term is great, long term perhaps something like JSON-Home[1] would be good to put here. Apparently both Keystone and Nova have or are going to implement it.

This doesn't really count so much as a bug, more a reminder to do something that is probably already well know.

I can still use it, but it contains the following :

    This Internet-Draft will expire on November 9, 2013
