1. Create any new environment
2. Move to 'Settings' tab
3. Change username=admin name. Erase password and tenant. Error messages appeared.
4. Click button "Cancel Changes"
5. Error messages remain on page (see screen)
6. Also error messages remain after clicking button "Load defaults"
