Bug Description
To reproduce:
* Run telegegram for desktop on your dektop
* close telegram on your phone
* receive a message
=> you'll get a push notification on the phone and a message on the desktop
* read the message on the desktop
* open telegram app on the phone
=> the badge count in the app will be reset because the message has already been read on the desktop app
=> however, the phone's notification keeps persisting

It works in 1.1.0.92 with different delays each time - some times immediate, some times takes a bit longer - say 3 or 4 seconds until the notification gets cleared.
