Bug Description
After opening the lid on my laptop, on some occasions the network restarts disabled. When you put a tick next to Enable Networking, this doesn't actually enable networking - it puts a tick next to the menu item, but it doesn't find any WiFi networks or display any of the options you would expect following "Enable Network".
