Bug Description

Fuel 5.1.1
HA
Ubuntu
KVM
Neutron with VLAN segmentation
Ceilometer enabled

Observed the following error in system messages on the compute node:

Feb 5 09:59:28 node-28 kernel: [171307.137265] VFS: file-max limit 535067 reached
Feb 5 09:59:27 node-28 kernel: [171306.648934] kvm: zapping shadow pages for mmio generation wraparound

/proc/sys/fs/file-nr increases until the reported error, probably due to some process open fd leak.

Could you please provide a diagnostic logs snapshot or at least the atop binaries for affected nodes?
