Bug Description
Right now sync db goes as follows:
-------
searchTasks(..., lastUpdatedTime)
# processing bugs stage
lastUpdatedTime = time.time()
-------
As a result bugs which were updated by user during "processing bugs" stage will not be updated during next sync db run
