Bug Description

When I click on the Nautilus launcher icon in the Unity taskbar, it creates another icon for the window. Repeated clicks on the original launcher icon will just spawn more Nautilus windows instead of bringing up the current window.

Steps to reproduce:
1.) Drag Nautilus launcher from Applications to taskbar.
2.) Click on launcher.
3.) Notice that another Nautilus icon appears on the taskbar for the window, instead of being matched with the original icon.

WORKAROUND: Add to the end of the [Desktop Entry] section of /usr/share/applications/nautilus.desktop the line
StartupWMClass=nautilus

Note that in order to see this it is necessary to /drag/ the application from the dash into the launcher, not open it. The situation is also seen on the default install.
What seems to be happening is that the launcher icon is the file /usr/share/applications/nautilus.desktop, but when this is clicked it brings up in the launcher /usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop
It is important that the one in the launcher is nautilus.desktop as this is the one that gets populated with bookmarks for right click.

In order to see what is happening it is helpful to edit the desktop files and change the Name= line in each so they can be distinguished in the launcher.

I should note that doing a "killall nautilus" seems to make the launcher binding work until I reboot.

Seems fixed with nautilus 3.14.2-0ubuntu6

But with version 3.14.2-0ubuntu6 bookmarks no longer appear when the launcher is right clicked. See bug #1436297 for a further workaround for that.
