Bug Description
Version: Ubuntu 14.10 r17
Reproduce:
- open settings app
- click on "Language and Text"
Result:
UI gets frozen for about 2sec before "Language and Text" page appears on the screen.
Expectation:
"Language and Text" page to load instantly.

@Szymon: Did you set up the device without explicitly selecting a language (i.e. accepted the default English)? In that case this issue was probably dealt with by fixing bug #1443178.
