Bug Description
When a user receives an update for this plug, it should appear as an update to System Settings. At the moment it can be a little confusing what this update actually is.

I'm almost certain this is not possible, update manager only groups things that come from the same debian source package. So it would only show Plugs under Switchboard if they came from lp:switchboard as well.
