Bug Description
When launching the global shortcuts settings from KDE application launcher, the window starts too small to be usable, so the first thing one has to do after starting the window is resize it - manually, with a mouse - because the likeliest reason for someone to start this window is because they don't know what global keyboard shortcuts are available.
