Parts dropdown in volume editor should have a minimum width

Bug Description
Evergreen version: all
If a cataloger creates a part from the volume editor or from the unified volume/copy editor and there are no existing parts associated with the record, the dropdown menu where they type the part number is teeny tiny and they cannot see what they are typing. This situation leaves a lot of room for error as catalogers add a part to the record. My most common mistake is to type Disco instead of Disc. :)

Evergreen Web Client 3.2.1
I believe this issue has now been resolved with the introduction of the Web Client. I've attached an image of what the parts option looks like in Web Client.
I'm marking this bug won't fix.
