cleanup EQL driver from reporting infinite capacities

Bug Description

Replace current reporting of "infinity" in EQL driver with 0.
Infinity is only used for default and are replaced by actual values the first time EQL backend responds.

Trivial bug.

    Fix for infinity capacity reporting in EQL driver

    Updated default values for total and free capacity from infinity to 0.
    No more usage of unknown or infinity.

    Closes bug: #1421843
