When dragging and dropping window buttons on panel, the whisker menu button turns black

I have my window buttons set to "drag and drop". When I drag one of these buttons, the icon for the whisker menu turns black. It stays black until I hover over it or click on it.

This is only a cosmetic issue, but it's still really annoying.
