Bug Description
In the last release was fixed a bug that did the application miss some messages. Though the bug is fixed, those old messages are not asked again to the server. It is needed in the next release query data from server when installed to update the local database with all the missed messages
NOTE: if purged db, the secret chats would be discarded. So, it is needed only purge regular chats
