change extension in iso jobs for fuel-images.tar.lrz to xz

We moved back to xz after this was merged: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/113283/
Error:
lrztar: file does not exist: /home/jenkins/workspace/tmp/6.1.all/build/docker/fuel-images.tar.lrz

This file will actually get moved into an RPM in an upcoming patch, so we should plan for that as well. WIP patch:

    Jenkins jobs for ISO build rely on old filename for containers and need to be updated.
