demographics; failure to open edit for every demographic

Hi, we have a long list of demographics and have lately added another one.
Today when we try to edit the last two categories don't show up in the edit page- as such we cant edit them.
Have we put too much data in?
Too many categories?
What might be a solution?

Any explanation for the garbage characters around the email addresses? Did you copy/paste them from somewhere? Are they there intentionally?

Hi, they are actually phone numbers, I inserted two xx to not compromise private information of the carers, so in my cut and paste here they look like garbage but they are not really garbage in our database.
