Bug Description

So I have tinc VPN configured with mdns/avahi-autoip, systemd-sysv, and wifi.

And in vivid, my network configuration has stopped working. That is DNS resolution takes forever, however everything goes to normal after stopping tinc service. (that is dns resolution works, and i can access the internets)

This could totally be something wrong on my part, or it could be unpredicted systemd integration issue.

Or something entirely else, like network manager or resolvconf regression

i believe the route cause was due to avahi-autoipd mis-behaving.
