Bug Description
We need to implement 'description' field.
Then we need to change how report legend is shown. Right now only criterias are shown. We need to change that, so that the legend looks as follows:
report.
report.options
report.criterias
Moreover, the options and criterias sections must be initially hidden and shown only when user presses a button/link with name 'show more details'.
Note that the application must tolerate cases when any description, option or criterias are empty.
