Sound plug opens to output device instead of mixer

Bug Description
I think this is the right place to report this.
nine times out of ten I open the sound plug through indicator-sound to adjust levels, when I do I'm presented with the output settings page of the dynamic notebook. Because output device is less commonly used than the mixer it might be ideal to move it to the front or make the link in indicator-sound go to it directly.
