Bug Description
Pinta 1.6 pre-release using PPA on Ubuntu 14.04.
1. Rectangle select.
2. Select some area on canvas, but do not release mouse key.
3. Now be very careful release mouse button, but do NOT move mouse.
4. Click on mouse very carefully without moving mouse.
5. Move mouse to resize selection.
You probably noticed that mouse icon did not change properly from cross-icon to hand-icon. Currently the icon is changed after step 4 - the problem. It should be changed after step 3, so on mouse button release action and not on second time mouse button press action.
This is tiny problem, but makes difficult to work, because you have to guess when resizing is possible. Special trouble for non-geek users.
The same problem for Ellipse Select.
P.S. This problem does not appear if after step 3 mouse is moved away and moved back again to the same position, mouse hand-icon appears.
Is this problem easy to fix?
