Please backport stress-ng 0.03.15-1 (universe) from vivid to trusty, utopic.

Reason for the backport:
========================

This tool will make pthread creation test easy for me. The package is
missing on the current lastest LTS, trusty.

stress-ng will stress test a computer system in various selectable
ways. It was designed to exercise various physical subsystems of a
computer as well as the various operating system kernel interfaces.

Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s vivid -d trusty stress-ng
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s vivid -d utopic stress-ng
