Can't delete discovered servers from Server Manager

In Server manager 2.0, a number of servers were auto-discovered on the network (discovered servers have "null" id). I am unable to delete these in the Web GUI. When I delete the server, I get :

Delete Server (null)
Error: server not found
Are you sure you want to delete server ?

I am able to delete the server from the CLI by referencing its MAC address or IP address.

Server Manager Host OS: Ubuntu 12.04.3
Contrail Host OS: Ubuntu 12.04.3 + kernel upgrade
OpenStack distribution: Icehouse

1. Added the new params related to SM in the SM webUI. Also added necessary labels and constants.
2. Added ability to delete a discovered server using the MAC address instead of server Id.
To achieve this we check for the existance of a server id when deleting. If not we delete using
the mac address we get from the server config.
