Add select region for gaf export

I want to offer possibility of the press of part of the scheme on a single sheet. For this purpose it is enough to add the parameter of a command line with the indication of coordinates in the x1:y1:x2:y2 format.
For myself I already made it. It is ready to provide editings for the export.c file. It is necessary to bring only all my researches into the style used in the project. Still a problem with comments - at me with English not really well.
