Bug Description

Some Other DJ Software has a neat feature where UI elements are hidden until the mouse enters a certain box area. Like the rate + / - buttons only appear if you're near the rate slider. This cuts down on UI clutter, which mixxx is really developing a problem with. This type of enter/exit visibility should be pretty easy to do.

That would be a very welcomed addition.
