    Tasks hang bug in nailgun cluster perf test fixed

    The manner in which test_rerun_stopped_deploy was decorated was wrong.
    It used fake_tasks argument combination that didn't suit tests
    integration nature (the tasks were mocked as successful, but were
    created with errors). Moreover roles for nodes in test cluster were
    improperly inserted.

    Add mode for fake_tasks, fixes hanging task

    override_state is added, it makes all tasks created with fake_tasks using
    this option fix themselves on 50 progress and 'running' status.

    test_rerun_stopped_deploy uses above option for first deploy, which is
    meant to be stopped, but couldn't be run in a manner that guarantees
    that stop task will be fast enough to stop the deploy.

    godmode is replaced by override_state with appropriate parameters
