[library] UI doesn't show remote logs from slaves after deployment

After cluster deployment there are no remote logs from slaves in Fuel UI, except bootsrtap logs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new environment: CentOS, HA, NovaFlatDHCP, Cinder for volumes.
2. Add 3 controller and 2 compute nodes
3. Enable OpenStack debug logging
4. Deploy changes
5. Open "Logs" tab on UI and choose logs from some slave ("Other servers")

Expected result:

- remote logs from OS services are available (e.g. nova, glance, etc.)

Actual:

- there are only bootsrtap logs available

In the folder for logs on master node I found 'INVALID.log' file which contains all remote logs (from all services):
